Founder & Director - Chris Wilde
As the Founder of SkillsFit, I bring 19 years’ experience working in Further Education as a teacher, advanced practitioner and middle leader. Throughout my career, my practice has been strongly student-centred, shaped by first-hand understanding of how the right environment can support confidence, safety and a sense of belonging. I’ve worked closely with young people navigating a range of challenges on their pathway towards real-world readiness.
That experience shaped my belief that when young people feel seen, supported and appropriately challenged, positive growth and purposeful progress follow.
